Ultimately I see my work as a series of exchanges of meaning, a reflection on relationships– with the aim of articulating connections between souls. What I want to express through my work is to rejoice in the mortal, and focus on the marks people make on the world. Treasure the native, the modest, the peculiar, the ordinary: whatever is made out of compassion. Respect what people have built for themselves and others. Discover the beauty in a tattered old porch or cluttered cutleries, while it still stands till it lasts through distance, space and time
